Celebrating its 35th anniversary in July, Zenith Insurance Brokers (Pvt.) Ltd is one of the longest-established insurance brokers in Sri Lanka.

Zenith Insurance Brokers Ltd., recently celebrated 35 years of success with a commitment to further the business.
Zenith Insurance is one of the longest-established insurance brokers in the nation and a fully owned subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, founded initially to cater to the insurance needs of the 100-plus-year-old conglomerate. Complementing its well-established business presence, Zenith Insurance Brokers has recorded significant growth, moving from Rs. 200 million plus to Rs. 750 million plus in revenue over the past four to five years, as per statistics shared by the company’s senior management at its 35th-anniversary celebrations.

That is when we decided to expand to external customers,” said Zenith Insurance Brokers CEO Nirosh Gooneratne, speaking to the Daily FT. “With the economy gradually stabilising, infrastructure projects and investments flowing into the country, we are optimistic about the future. We have plans to tap into the area of property insurance in the upcoming months,” Gooneratne added.
